Save time by sending your title and escrow orders with Encompass
Advantage Title is pleased to announce their partnership with Encompass - the mortgage management solution deployed by over half of the nation's top 250 brokerages. Now, placing title and closing orders with Advantage Title, Inc. and Title365 will be faster, easier and more secure than ever before.
If you use Encompass, placing title and closing orders with us will take just seconds and won't cost you any additional fees. The order data will come directly from your Encompass loan file and be directly entered into Title365. Title365 will handle the rest by sending order updates and documents directly to you as they are completed. You can even attach these documents with your order back in Encompass.
Here's how it works:
- When you are ready to order title or closing, click Order Title & Closing in the Services tab of your Borrower Summary.
- You'll be taken to the Encompass Title Directory. You'll find us by clicking on the Find Providers tab and searching Advantage Title. Make sure you select "Advantage Title, Inc. - 19500 Jamboree Road, Irvine, CA 92612", our corporate headquarters. For quick reference for future orders you can easily add us to your personal list of contacts by selecting our name and clicking Add to My List.
- Once you have chosen Advantage Title, Inc. in the list, click Order.
- You'll be taken to the Order Title & Closing screen, which will be pre-populated with details from your loan file - no need to re-type! Add any additional details you wish and click Send Order.
- Within seconds, Advantage Title will receive your order. Once your order is accepted, you will receive notification via email.
- Shortly thereafter you will receive another email from Title365 with your order numbers and status.
- As the order continues through the fulfillment process you will receive email status updates, including pertinent documents. Alternatively, you can login to Title365 at any time to view updates. Use this important information to directly update your loan file in Encompass.
That's it - no faxes, no voice mails and no re-typing! Plus, when your borrower requests a copy of the report, you will know exactly where it is - inside your Encompass loan file.
